An Over-the-Rhine street will once again be open to car traffic.
Cincinnati Police have taken down road barricades on McMicken Avenue that were used to combat human trafficking and prostitution. Residents on that street, however, claim that the barricades have done more harm than good.
The barricades have been placed on McMicken since last April.
