A second person is under arrest in the murder of Lockland businessman James Rohlman.
A grand jury, Wednesday, indicted 33 year-old Jason Brown, along with Christopher McFarren on murder, robbery, and kidnapping charges.
Police believe Rohlman was taken after making a bank withdrawal, last month.
