The owner of Mahogany’s at the Banks is pleading for a deal that will help her pay back the loans the city gave her.
Liz Rogers spoke at city hall, Monday, telling council members that she is partners with them, and that she hopes they will “do the right thing”.
Mahogany’s was recently closed due to unpaid taxes and rent.
