Butler County Prosecutors have dropped charges the 17 year-old boy, who had been accused of setting another teen’s shorts on fire.
It happened during a sleepover, at the countryside mobile home park in Liberty Township.
Witnesses allegedly lied to authorities about who was responsible, and a 14 year-old is now charged with arson and assault.
