Plans to charge tolls to pay for a new I-75 Brent Spence Bridge have cleared a hurdle in the Kentucky legislature.
The state house has approved a bill, allowing public-private partnerships on some projects. However, it slaps long-term restrictions on tolling drivers.
The measure goes to the Kentucky senate.
