A Harrison man is accused of overdosing on heroin in his car, while his kids and wife were inside.
Police arrested Larry Messer II, after they found him passed out over the wheel of his car. WCPO reports that Messer told the officers that he just shot up some heroin in him before driving.
Messer is scheduled to appear in court today.
