Federal investigators will help find out what led up to the death of Cincinnati Firefighter Daryl Gordon.
The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health will join the case this week.
The agency will determine if training or command issues played a role in Gordon’s death, as he looked for victims in a Madisonville building.
