A Milford man is behind bars, accused of stealing a car with his young sister inside.
Police say 22 year-old Agnes Burgess was inside her mom’s car, yesterday, when 21 year-old Donovan Coleman snatched her. This had set off an Amber Alert, yesterday.
Coleman eventually left the toddler alone at a relative’s house, before driving to Cincinnati where he was arrested.
