Former University of Cincinnati police officer Ray Tensing will be a step closer today to going on trial.
Tensing’s attorneys and Hamilton County prosecutors will meet to get a trial date, if both sides have made sufficient progress in processing evidence and gathering witnesses.
Tensing is charged with murder and manslaughter for shooting Sam DuBose during a traffic stop in July.
