The Ohio Supreme Court has voted to not review Tracie Hunter’s appeal of her 2014 court conviction.
Justices voted four to three, against hearing the suspended juvenile court judge’s appeal of her guilty conviction of sharing confidential documents with her brother, who was an employee in her courtroom. Hunter may face six months in jail.
The Enquirer reports that David Singleton, Hunter’s attorney, is seeking an emergency stay of Hunter’s sentence.
