A South Florida unarmed caretaker was shot by police while trying to help his autistic patient.
As Charles Kinsey was attempting to calm down his patient, as he was blocking traffic on a street, North Miami Police shot him in his right leg.
Kinsey is currently at a Miami hospital, and is expected to recover. The cop who shot Kinsey is on administrative leave while an investigation takes place.
