A local man, found guilty in the death of his two year-old daughter, could be sentenced to the death penalty on Wednesday.
Glen Bates was convicted of aggravated murder, murder and child endangerment in the death of Glenara Bates, on Monday. A Hamilton County jury took just two hours to reach a verdict.
Glenara died of starvation and blunt-force injury. WLWT reports that she had belt and bite marks on her, among other injuries.
