Celebrations of the life and dream of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. are scheduled today across the tri-state.
Churches, museums, and community groups have events scheduled throughout the day to promote service and education. This includes a march this morning at the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center.
It is also a day off for all government agencies with no mail service or trash collection.
